  • The request must be made within 7 days of the course purchase
  • Refunds will not be granted after the 7-day review period has expired

2. Refunds on Promotional Courses

Courses purchased during promotional events are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure you review all course details and promotional terms before making a purchase.

3. Refunds Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 working days. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.
